Note: If you are traveling from Buenos Aires, we do recommend arrive at IGR Airport. If you are traveling from Rio de Janeiro arrive at IGU Airport.
Arrival at IGU/IGR Airport. Meeting at the airport and be prepared to enjoy an unforgettable tour.
Brazilian Falls Tour: we will proceed to the Iguaçu National Park where we drive through the lush, subtropical vegetation of the park enroute to the falls. Stroll the trail descending the canyon that offers a panoramic view of the more than 240 falls. Take the glass elevator up the cliff face for an exquisite view from the upper deck. The Iguassu National Park along with its “sister” park in Argentina form the most significant remaining rainforest in the southern cone of South America which along with the waterfalls have been declared a National Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Back to the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. If you were impressed with the views of Brazil side be prepared to the Argentina side! Proceed to the tour.
Argentinian Falls: Cross the Tancredo Neves Bridge enroute to the Iguazu National Park in Argentina. At the entrance the passenger will take a small train for a visit through the park with 2 stops until the trail where the walking tour begins to the visit the upper walkways, which allow for more intimate contact with the falls and the rainforest. The highlight of the trip is a visit to the suspended platform at the very brink of the abysmal Devil’s Throat – the largest fall. This trip shows you the highlights of the Argentinian side.
Back to the hotel.
Transfer out to IGU or IGR Airport. If you next city is Buenos Aires, we recommend the departure from IGR Airport. If you are traveling to Rio de Janeiro, we recommend departure from IGU Airport.
